On behalf of Hardwick and Cambourne Community Primary School PTA, we would like to welcome you to our school community, whether you are a new parent or a returning one! We are very proud to be fundraising for our two wonderful schools alongside our other trustees and committee members.
The PTA is made up of a group of parents, and teachers, from both campuses, who meet on average once every half term to discuss ideas to fundraise for the schools. We want to help the school to provide those little extras which school budgets simply cannot stretch to. These include (but are certainly not limited to) book bags for all new Reception children, leavers gifts for Year 6 children, refreshments for class Christmas parties, items to improve outdoor learning, new reading books and so much more to enhance your child’s school life.
To do this, we run fundraising events throughout the school year. We are always open to new suggestions, but previous events have included; a bingo afternoon, movie afternoons, discos, a ‘Big Breakfast’, Mother's and Father's Day shops and raffles throughout the year to win fantastic prizes. We are so grateful for all the support we get from parents and carers at these events.
We are always looking for new and enthusiastic members to join our PTA. We would be delighted if you would be able to consider joining us.
