If your child is at home due to self-isolating or quarantine you will find learning tasks for them to complete on Seesaw that reflect what we are covering in school. Obviously, if your child is unwell they do not need to complete learning tasks. You can upload their work on Seesaw so their teacher can respond. Thank you for your continued support.
Please use this suggested timetable as a guide to help you with learning at home. You can of course reorder the activities and adapt them to fit in with your family schedule. Here is what we suggest children learning from home work on each day.
Handwriting 10 minutes
English/Grammar Activity 30 minutes
Reading 20 minutes
Maths Activity 30 minutes
Phonics 20 minutes
Being read to by an adult 20 minutes
Topic tasks 1 hour
Physical activity I hour
There are resources below to help you with all of these things and we will update them regularly. Please see the school website maths and English pages for even more ideas and help with things like reading, calculating and phonics.
