Pre-School

Pre-School (Early Years Foundation Stage)

Welcome to Pre-School at Hardwick and Cambourne Community Primary School

We offer a welcoming, nurturing and stimulating early years foundation stage environment (EYFS) which allows your child to play freely indoors and outdoors. Carpet sessions and free flow activity time, coupled with a well-resourced environment and a rich, broad and balanced play based curriculum are all designed to support and encourage your individual child’s learning and development alongside developing their independence. Our early years curriculum and environment is inclusive and progressive running through from Pre-School to the end of Reception. This is supported by knowledgeable, experienced and highly trained early years practitioners.

We are excited and passionate about supporting your child throughout their early years journey and we invite and encourage you to be an integral part of this process. We look forward to welcoming you into Pre-School with regular opportunities to come in, share and celebrate in your child’s learning.
