Through Science, we aim to encourage curiosity and enable all pupils to develop an understanding of the ever-changing world in which we live, through questioning, investigating and discovery. We want to encourage children to be active and engaged learners, whilst thinking scientifically about various concepts. We aim to do this through purposeful yet creative lessons, developing scientific knowledge through practical tasks, while using the skills of science. Where appropriate, lessons will be topic- based, igniting a life-long passion for Science.
