Wednesday 6th May

Good Morning Year 3/4

Today is Oliver B's birthday! Hope you have a great day celebrating!

On this day in 1994,the English Channel Tunnel opened. This is a railway tunnel that runs under the sea and allows people to travel from England to France by train. Have you ever been on this train through the tunnel?

If you want to read some fun facts about the tunnel (there's actually 3!) then click on the link below:

Here is your daily Maths and your weekly Science - remember to do your best and DON'T worry is you find things tricky - just have a go!

Happy Wednesday year 3/4, we hope you enjoyed the science activity today. Us teachers are working hard to make sure that you are having fun with your education at home, please let us know if there is anything more that you'd like. Here is a quote from an incredibly clever philosopher who taught at the University of Cambridge. What do you think it means?

“If people did not do silly things, nothing intelligent would ever get done.”
Ludwig Wittgenstein
