Friday 1st May

Good Morning Year 3/4!

Hello from Mr Regan!

Save the Rhino Day!

May 1st is International Save the Rhino Day!

Save the Rhino day is an important day as only the White Rhinoceros is not in critical danger of becoming extinct. They are protected, but hunted mainly for their horns. Loss of habitat is also a danger to rhinos. Governments have made logging their habitat and poaching illegal.

Could you raise some awareness for Save the Rhino Day? Perhaps you could create a poster, write a poem or design and record a speech?

Here are your daily maths and English tasks - remember to do your best and DON'T worry is you find things tricky - just have a go!

Wow you have finished your tasks for another week!

Have a fantastic weekend relax and have lots of fun ready for next weeks learning!

A short message from Miss French:

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. Well done for keeping up with your daily learning tasks.

If you have time, do check out the Spanish page too where I put lots of fun activities, songs, stories and much more for you to try and enjoy. Some of you are using Languagenut, I know; well done. If you would like to use it but don't remember your Languagenut username and password, please ask your adults to email the office and I'll get them to you.

I'd love to hear or see anything that you do in Spanish or any other languages smiley.

Take care and hope to see you soon!
