Cambourne Year 6 Transition work from CVC

CAMBOURNE Year 6

 

Here is the transition information from CamVC for the current Year 6s. There are activities for each day this week and a Teams invite has been emailed to your parents for a meeting this Friday.

 

You can decide how you want to complete the work from secondary school. You can choose to work through the lessons in batches or complete one bit at a time over the next few weeks. The Year 6s in school will be completing the lessons next week.
